MultiNest Services specializes in preparing residential units for occupancy, including but not limited to:

• Interior painting

• Cleaning and move-out services

• Tub, tile, and countertop resurfacing

• Drywall repairs and punch work

• Cabinet painting and carpentry repairs

• Subfloor and structural repairs

• Appliance replacement and general maintenance

• Pressure washing, roofing, electrical, and renovation support

All services are performed based on approved estimates or written agreements. Information on this website is for general reference and does not constitute a binding agreement.

3. Estimates and Approvals

• All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection

• Final scope may change based on actual site conditions

• Additional work requires approval before execution

• Estimates may be updated due to labor or material cost changes

4. Payment Terms

6. Workmanship and Warranty

• Work is performed with professional standards and care

• Warranty terms are defined per project or estimate

• Warranty does not cover normal wear, pre-existing conditions, or damage caused by others

7. Limitations and Conditions

• Color matching for touch-ups is not guaranteed due to fading or prior applications

• Units must be cleared prior to service unless otherwise agreed

• MultiNest Services is not responsible for pre-existing structural, plumbing, or environmental issues

8. Subcontractors

We may utilize subcontractors or specialized teams to perform services. MultiNest Services manages coordination but limits liability to the agreed scope of work.

9. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be communicated in advance

• Late cancellations may result in administrative or scheduling fees
